What are some typical usages of Message Through Time?

Our customers use Message Through Time for different reasons, some use it to send themselves personal reminders of goals, tasks they need to complete, others use the system to communicate with their customers at set intervals, or they utilize to send special messages to their love ones.

What video formats are allowed by MTT?

We are doing our best to ensure all video formats are accepted by our system. Currently our system accepts all major video formats including: AVI, FLV, MOV (QuickTime), MP4, MPEG, WMV. If your file format is rejected by our system, please send us a copy of the video to support@messagethroughtime.com

I want to send a video message to my grand-children, but I don’t know what their email address will be in the future, what can I do?

You can create a message, and send it to yourself and provide them with a proof document with the message ID, and pass-phrase for them to retrieve in the future.

I would like to advertise with Message Through Time?

I want to use the webcam function but my computer doesn’t have one?

You can purchase a webcam from several electronic stores (i.e. Best Buy, Tigerdirect, NewEgg, Amazon)

I forgot my passphrase, what should I do?

My computer doesn’t have a media player, is that a problem?

No, MTT takes care of all the video hosting and playback, you just need a working email address.
